Avada custom header overriding

Hi,

I’m using Avada theme but i have compatibility / visualization problem with Avada custom header: in file’s dinamic page the file’s data are displayed in header section.

1) i have created my custom header.

2) installed wp download manager and inserted shortcode in test page.

3) if i click on file title it open dinamic file page created by plugin where my custom header is overwritten.

4) if i try to remove my custom header (in Layout Builder options) and set one of default Avada headers there are no visualization problems.

5) i also tried to create another custom header just copying Avada header preset with no other modifications but it does not work.

6) i tried to disable bootstrap JS but no work.

7) i have open a ticket with Avada support and they say to contact you because “Apparently this conflict is from the plugin’s end. They should not be overriding our custom header layout in this way.”

I made a test with a demo installation:
– WordPress 5.7.1
– Theme: Avada 7.3
– Avada University Theme + preset contents
– Download Manager installed + TestPDF file uploaded

Before with default header, after with custom header created coping the default header ( copied using Avada library).
