Auto-renew paid, not reflected. Download & Pro access blocked. Please help!

My Download Manager Pro order is set to auto-renew since five years. In the download area my order auto-renew is marked also as “active”. Since my order did not auto-renew yesterday, I clicked “Renew Now” and did a manual renewal and paid via PayPal.
Since then I did not get a renewal confirmation, no invoice and I can’t update the plugin. My renewal and my paid transaction is not reflected in the download area and I’m blocked from accessing the Pro forum. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thanks.
