I don’t want to renew my subscriptions. After 1 year still WP download Manager don’t work proberly and still have a bug so i can’t still not sell my products. I have sent you different emails and there is no solution when people buy one product of package they can download the whole package!

Sorry to hear about the issue.
The latest version of wpdm pro will be released in this week. I hope the issue will be fixed.
However, It is feature request section.
If you face any issue, please post in here our support team will solve the issues.

If you want to cancel your subscription, please mail your order ID to support@wpdownloadmanager.com .

I wait till this week all is fixed and update by you and tested by me after 1 year of only problems and can’t use WP Downloadmanager and can’t use my project and get any purchases. If this isn’t solved by next sunday i cancel my subscriptions and want my money back of all setup from WP Download Manager!

Everybody in your company (see my tickets @24Se7en) knows about this big problem also Mr. Sharadjain privat. Why do i have to explain that to everyboy and nobody solved and help with a plugin that cost a lot of money and also modified for a lot of money. I am very angry that after almost one year still not working proberly and my investments in my project are unusable!! after all promises.

Hello Sir,
I checked the last topic. I think you are using customization service thats the reason you couldn’t update. Updating could solve the issue.
However, I am sending the issue to Mr. Shahjada. I hope he will take the necessary steps.

3. Select as example: Walking In Memphis – Marc Cohn Lyrics & Chords voor Song Galaxy Songtitels
4. Register as client
5. You can use voucher: tryonsong
6. Use testpay
7. After payment you get in Download sesion and than instead of downdload availability only: Walking In Memphis – Marc Cohn Lyrics & Chords data you can also download: Walking In Memphis – Marc Cohn Lyrics without paying
