currently view count only increases if a user visits a package page logged in. how can i get this to work for guests as well?

I have information from our team that the view count is working properly. However, counts are often delayed (updating every 1 hour) due to caching mechanisms. Logged-in users bypass the cache, so they see real-time updates. Please check and let me know if you have any more queries.
