Allow View !!

Hello,
it’s possible to add a “Allow View” near “Allow Access” ? or if group is not allowed to download it must NOT see it.

i have 3000 download for 30 group of users.
everyone of this user see ALL 3000 download and must search for the only 100 that can be downloaded..
