I’ve just installed download manager free and configured it on my wordpress, but the registration form is not working. It keeps “loading”, but I’ve noticed this error on the console: “ajaxSubmit is not a function”. It happens when I submit the form.
Besides download manager and WPDM – Gutenberg Blocks, I’ve only Yoast plugin installed.
Switching to “Twenty Twenty-Four” theme it does work.
I’ve a custom form that includes jquery 3.3.1 and bootstrap 3.3.7. Can it be an incompatibility? Which versions should I use?

Hope you are well. And sorry for the inconvenience. I think it may have a conflict between your plugins or theme. can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch theme to another for checking if possible, please, give your temporary wp-admin login details in a private reply for checking the issue.

I could already confirm the issue is on the theme itself, as when I switch to “Twenty Twenty-Four” theme it works.
I’d prefer checking with you what are the scripts that are added on the plugin, then I can manage to update the theme to use the same ones.
