Please help.
On our registration form we have a few fields that are checkboxes. They show up on the registration form as greyed out however they can still be selected. However, after registration the fields show as unchecked for the user in the User section of WordPress.
Also there is no email being sent to the admin to let them know there is a new registration.
Since this plugin was updated last Tuesday we have have multiple issues that are still not resolved.
Your help would be much appreciated as we would like to get this plugin working as it should and let our customers enjoy our website once again.
