Gentile Team di Assistenza,
vi scrivo in merito a un addebito non autorizzato di 45 USD ricevuto nel mese di febbraio.

Il nostro abbonamento risulta scaduto dal 2023 e, consultando la dashboard, non appare alcun ordine recente, in quanto non abbiamo effettuato nuovi acquisti.

Vi chiedo gentilmente di procedere con il rimborso dell’importo indicato e di assicurarvi che non vengano effettuati ulteriori addebiti in futuro.

In attesa di un vostro riscontro, porgo cordiali saluti.

Il numero ordine non lo abbiamo poichè non abbiamo più fatto ordini dal 2023 e abbiamo il rinnovo iscrizione disabilitato.
