Add-on won't update

Hello,

I’m trying to update the WPDM – TinyMce Button and WPDM – Archive Page add-ons. When I click the update button, it takes me to the WPDM settings page where I need to enter my WPDM user info. When I do so, it tries to process the request and then just removes the user and password info. There is no indication if I am logged in or not. Either way, the add-ons don’t update.

Probably you server firewall is blocking wpdownloadmanager.com, however, you may download latest version from our site and update your copy.

Hello Shaon, thank you for the reply. The site is hosted at 1&1. I would be surprised if it’s blocking it. I’ve updated the plugins manually. Thank you!
