Activate Digital Store Option not visible on download page.

Hello, I have 2 similar websites with the same version of WP Download Manager.
My problem is that the digital store option does not appear at the bottom of the download page in one of my websites. Everything else works fine. In my second website, the digital store option is seen and there are no problems.
Both websites uses the Sydney WP Theme, but the theme version no. may be higher on the site where the DM store options does not appear.
Please assist with any advice since I tried almost everything.

Thanks for the advice but it was unsuccessful. I actually had to deactivate the plugin since I lost all the formatting on the download manager page with this plugin active.
