After a month of careful analysis of the Download Manager and Premium Package plugins (paid license) I am ready to post a public review on the product. Communication has been one of the contributing factors, so as a professional courtesy I am giving WPDM a final opportunity to respond to my observations in private before I post my personal experiences and analysis here.
