I have some users with role “editor” who see a critical error when they try to access WPDM from the WP dashboard. they will see the following:

“There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”

As an admin, I am able to access WPDM without a problem.

I checked the server error log and see this:

I know the problem is not the server memory limit because I can access it as an admin, and I have tried changing memory limits, and it does not fix the problem.

Please advise.

Plugin returns “Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.” during activation.

Just bought the Private Message plugin and get a fatal error when trying to activate it?

Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class ‘PrivateMessage\User\UserController’ not found

When flagging Send email notification to selected members

Plugin version is 3.2.0

I tried to update Download Manager it breaks the site; looks like an issue with WPDM Tag Importer?
I had to revert the site; can you please help?

As the title already suggests, when I use the Image Gallery Page Template with multiple files and enable Password lock, WordPress throws an error. When I don’t use password lock, it works fine. When I set a password on individual files, it doesn’t change anything. You can still download the files with a normal button and without password.
My guess is that the image gallery doesn’t know how to display password fields. If you know what I mean.

we have installed the pro version since a few years-but problems all the time.
We have current wp running but we got fatal error when clicking on “DETAILS” button.

Is there an option to “reset” to default all template and detailpage settings???
Without loosing the uploads ?

We need a running and professional downloadarea asap!!!

I have not updated Download pro for long time (for years) Today, I decided to update and follow the instructions of the”Install” doc(Downloaded version is 6.0.7). Then, at the step 6, after clicking “Activate Plugin”, I got the following error,
