    Hello DLM Team,

    we have installed the pro version since a few years-but problems all the time.
    We have current wp running but we got fatal error when clicking on “DETAILS” button.

    Is there an option to “reset” to default all template and detailpage settings???
    Without loosing the uploads ?

    We need a running and professional downloadarea asap!!!

    Hello,
    I have not updated Download pro for long time (for years) Today, I decided to update and follow the instructions of the”Install” doc(Downloaded version is 6.0.7). Then, at the step 6, after clicking “Activate Plugin”, I got the following error,
    Fatal error: Call to undefined function WPDM\User\wp_date() in /export/sd213/www/jp/r/e/gmoserver/3/4/sd0884234/photomusic.jp/wordpress-4.5.2-ja-jetpack-undernavicontrol/wp-content/plugins/download-manager/src/User/User.php on line 44

    I recently updated the plugin and it broke how I was showing the category images on my custom template. I used this doc(https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/display-category-image/) to do it and it was working fine before the update.

    Hi Humayon,

    I apologise, I didn’t have any notification about a new version of the add-ons in my website management software; I had never realised before that you can only upload the add-ons through the plugin setting, after logging in. I have now updated the add-ons and they seem to work fine, however when I try to upload ‘Download Manager Free’ and ‘WordPress Download Manager v3.0’ in the setting panel, the update orange button says ‘Success’bu I also receive an email from WordPress saying that a fatal error has occurred on the php file of the website (https://staging-cairnshockey.wordifysites.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php), and if I refresh the setting page the orange button goes back to ‘Update’.

    I recently installed WPDM Pro and the addon to manage category from frontend, but after activate the feautre in settings and reloaded the WPDM frontend page it crashes with a critical error.

    The error log returned this:

    Hello, since today’s wordpress update, I had to disable “WPDM – Page Template” add-on. It was crashing my site where no pages would load. I made sure it was updated to the latest version, but now when I enable the add-on, my site crashes throwing the following error:

    Indeed when I click on preview, there is a blank page.
