The plugin appears to work on the frontend but it crashes the backend/admin side.

If I comment out that line then it allows me to continue and I get no further errors.
I do have some custom accordian templates. I am on php 8.1 and can give you more details if you need them.

We disabled all other plugins except WPDM. Still the wpdm-premium-packages(version 5.4.0) throwing Fatal Error on Activation with same message as provided earlier.

The problem was solved when tested on a clean dev page. But the update to v6.2.2 caused a fatal error on the live page.

We’ve tested switching the theme to default, downgrade WordPress, downgrade Downlaod Manager, but nothing worked.

If the user is logged out they still see the fatal error

I have purchased Download Manager Pro plugin. It’s working accurately for some of individual pages. But at same time not working with other pages. In other pages, I am getting below error message:
“Fatal error: Uncaught ValueError: Path cannot be empty in /home4/mockifyc/public_html/wp-content/plugins/download-manager/src/__/Template.php”

The current, custome theme I am using right now does not give the error. I switched to 2022 theme to test, as per your instructions above, and when I get to page 3 on the pagination for the category ID shortcode, the front end switches from my blog to a whole screen WordPress error that “the website has encountered a fatal error” on the front end.
If I change the shortcode to only display a maximum of 9 items, all pages funtion. I have over 19 pages so it would be nice to be able to increase this number.
When I try to upgrade my WordPress site I get this error message:
