    Hello,

    Today i updated to WPDM 4.9.8 and suddenly my site experienced issues, the archive shortcodes stopped working and at the same time i was locked out of my backend. Only removing the archive plugin via ftp let’s me back in.

    The server log displays this:

    [Mon Jun 24 08:29:21.641165 2019] [error] [pid 20978] mod_proxy_fcgi.c(860): [client 194.XX.XXX.XX:XXXX] AH01071: Got error ‘PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function wpdm_tpl_path() in /data/sites/web/skyluxdownloadsbe/www/wp-content/plugins/wpdm-archive-page/wpdm-archive-page.php:67\nStack trace:\n#0 /data/sites/web/skyluxdownloadsbe/www/wp-content/plugins/wpdm-archive-page/wpdm-archive-page.php(332): WPDM_ArchivePage->_archivePageWithSidebar(Array)\n#1 /data/sites/web/skyluxdownloadsbe/www/wp-includes/shortcodes.php(325): WPDM_ArchivePage->_archivePage(Array, ”, ‘wpdm-archive’)\n#2 [internal function]: do_shortcode_tag(Array)\n#3 /data/sites/web/skyluxdownloadsbe/www/wp-includes/shortcodes.php(199): preg_replace_callback(‘/\\\\[(\\\\[?)(wpdm\\\\-…’, ‘do_shortcode_ta…’, ‘[wpdm-archive c…’)\n#4 /data/sites/web/skyluxdownloadsbe/www/wp-content/plugins/elementor/includes/widgets/shortcode.php(130): do_shortcode(‘[wpdm-archive c…’)\n#5 /data/sites/web/skyluxdownloadsbe/www/wp-content/plugins/elementor/includes/base/widget-base.php(501): Elementor\\Widget_Shortcode->render()\n#6 /data/sites/web/skyluxdown…\n’

    You were using an outdated version of the Premium Package add-on. I have updated it which fixed the fatal error on the pacakge details page. Tested this one http://saaeunai.mg.gov.br/2018/download/pregao-13-2019/ and download works fine there.

    The file not found error means the file doesn’t exist in /uploads/download-manager-files/ directory.

    For example, I see this 1ª Retificação.pdf attached to the package http://saaeunai.mg.gov.br/2018/download/concorrencia-01-2019/ But this file doesn’t exist in /uploads/download-manager-files/ and throwing “file not found” error when trying to download. So, you have to keep all these files in /uploads/download-manager-files/ dir to fix the issue.

    Hi,

    I am unable to activate the dropbox add on with the pro version of the download plugin. However, I can download the Dropbox add on and activate with the free version of the download plugin.

    Any ideas?

    Really SORRY about the site down matter. I asked for the FTP so I can resolve it.

    I didn’t make any code change there just saved the MailChimp API key and after that, there was a fatal error which must have been originated from MailChimp add-on and another MailChimp plugin. I noticed you have other MailChimp plugins there.

    Please try adding the following code in your .htaccess file to solve the saving issue.

    <IfModule mod_security.c>
    SecFilterRemove 001868
    </IfModule>

    Please install the latest version of Download Manager Pro, you are using an older version there. If that doesn’t fix it, send me the error log file in private reply. Looks like a fatal error occurred when serving download.

    If the footer is missing that means there is some kind of fatal error. It should be logged in your PHP error log file. Please send login info. I will try to find where the error is coming from. You mentioned the conflict with facetwp, does that mean the issues resolves when you deactivate it?

    Hi,

    The error comes from your custom add-on ( WPDM show created date ). It calls a deprecated function \WPDM_Crypt::Decrypt($ind); This function doesn’t exist in the latest version. Please check the new related functions \WPDM\libs\Crypt::Encrypt or \WPDM\libs\Crypt::decrypt

    I haven’t activated the custom add-on as it causes a fatal error.

    Thanks.

    #92217

    I managed to update to the current WPDM and everything seems to be okay? I’m not even sure anymore.

    404 errors were happening because .htaccess was gone, so I regenerated it.
    Pages, login, dashboard is now showing.

    Editing/saving users doesn’t work though–it goes to a fatal error page.
    Here’s the errors:
    Fatal error: Call to undefined function wpdmpp_sanitize_array() in /home/cjokvjzn/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wpdm-advanced-custom-fields/wpdm-advanced-custom-fields.php on line 90

    Also please check the frontpage setup–I disabled all of the sections because of errors.

    I’m attaching another log.

    I updated custom access level (version 2.8.2) and got a fatal error. Site inaccessible on front and admin end.

    PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function wpdm_query_var() in /pwsac-a/wp-content/plugins/wpdm-custom-access-level/wpdm-custom-access-level.php:634

    I bought this plugin for the custom access level feature. I need a resolution to this fatal error. I had to deactivate the plugin entirely.

    I went to update to 4.9 and started by deactivating the last version of 4.8 and now all I get is

    Unfortunately all backup restore to this point have failed to fix the problem. Of course this is not the frist time an update has gone wrong but definitely the worst. Any help you can offer will be greatly appreciated.

    Hi,

    I’m getting this kinda of crash when I access settings for WP Pro Membship:

    Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function wpdmpp_currency_code() in wp-content/plugins/wppromembership/payment-methods/authorize_net.php:54 Stack trace: #0 wp-content/plugins/wppromembership/admin/payment_gateways.php(28): wpmps_authorize_net->__construct() #1 wp-content/plugins/wppromembership/admin/settings.php(50): require_once(‘/homepages/11/d…’) #2 wp-content/plugins/wppromembership/wppromembership.php(162): require_once(‘/homepages/11/d…’) #3 wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(286): WPPM\ProMembership->WPPM\{closure}(”) #4 wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(310): WP_Hook->apply_filters(”, Array) #5 wp-includes/plugin.php( in wp-content/plugins/wppromembership/payment-methods/authorize_net.php on line 54

    (I have trimmed the exact paths somewhat to anonymize it slightly but the essence of the error remains.

    Nothing else shows up except this error.

    Thanks
    Matt.
