3) adjusted in homepage-top.phpUnfortunately I still have problems. I am fighting with this for two days.
1. You wrote to delete the single-wpdmpro.php, but nothing is changed. I still can not change the template in the Edit Package menu. It doesn`t work.
2. The second case. How to call at single-wpdmpro.php date of the package update? Works only date added, date updated not.
3. After reload the Crypton theme unfortunately a problem with slider came back. How to fix it?
For now I have to deal with it.
OK. I found a solution to update 🙂
When I try to do the update WPDM to 4.0.7 nothing happens. What is wrong?

FYI, if you delete single-wpdmpro.php from crypton theme, then the details page will automatically use the selected page template.

Could you check it?” <-- when you are using custom theme which is specially designed for wpdm pro, page template will be skipped autometically, and it will use the template with the theme and if you use short-code anywhere, there you will see the link template. you can add new and top download widgets from widgets page.
Thanks for your help with Crypton Theme. I saw on the forum that not only I had a similar problem.
I see two more bugs in Crypton Theme:
1. There is problem with excerpt in slider (you can see it on my page).
2. On product page share in LinkedIn doesn`t work.Unfortunately, I still have a problem with the change Link Templates and Page Templates. When I do it, nothing changes. Could you check it?
Could you also tell me how to edit the widgets on the product page? I would like to get something like you on the web (New downloads, Top downloads, Download Panel etc. I don`t need Package Info and Author ):

I have purchased the Crypton Theme and made a clean install of Donwload Manager Pro 4.0.6, but I have a few problems:
1. Theme options don’t save. When changing options, the message ‘please wait’ appears and never disappear.
2. Then i change Link Templates and Page Templates nothing is happening.
I don`t know what is wrong so please help me.

I purchased the Crypton Theme a while ago and the Theme options were working when I was building the site in development. However, since deploying the site to be live in WordPress 3.8.1, The theme options stopped saving. When changing the options, the message “please wait” will appear and never go away.
I attempted to un-install and re-install and still have the same issue. I re-download the theme again V 1.1.0 and still did not solve the issue.
Is there an update to the theme? Does it have known plugin conflicts? I have the site on a multisite network.

1) form Admin Menu Appearance General Settings Tab
2) as per our test, that should work fine, but if you still using v1.0.0, please download it again, as we released v1.1.0 already
3) as #2, please update the theme
4) need to edit those texts from front-page.php
5) use this add-on http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/advanced-tinymce-button/ for generating short-code

Hi,
I’m having some issues with the Crypton Theme. I’m using WP 3.8
1. Where can I change the menu color at? It defaults “blue”
2. On the Theme Options, when in “General”, the “color theme” when selected and save will just revert back to default.
3. Choices like “activate” and “edit” no long show up on the plugins page when the theme is activated. When I try to apply templates to packages, there is also no changes…
4. Is there a way to on the front page change the categories that are shown from “New Downloads” and “Popular Downloads” to say something else and also to add additional categories?
5. The Pro version seems completely different than the free version. I want to be able to past a short code of my file on a post or page and I’m unable to find the code.Is there documentation or sample XML files for this theme? I would love to have the sample XML file of the demo site.

Hi,@Shaon yes,they did that,yet it comes another issue,plugins activate,edit,and delete buttons all disappear after the support team made some change on the theme.I asked them if they accidently deleted some code,but it seems they are too busy and can’t give me a reply,and I also want to know why I can’t find the language file on crypton theme,could you tell me that?

Hi,I have spent 135 dollar on this download manager plugin,add-ons,the crypton theme,and I can’t believe there are so many issues.
1. according to the crypton demo theme,it should have rating for every packages on home page,but where are they now after I have applied the theme on my brand new wordpress?
2.and about user review add on,can’t reply on user review,or the page goes black,and why all review have to be under check pending,this really gives a bad impression to reviewer.
3.file download count doesn’t work,this is the basic thing for download manager.
4.daily download limit,lazy download add-ons and some other add-ons don’t work at all…and there are still some other issues especially on download manager plugin,it’s really diappointing.
so please tell me if the plugin team is still working on fixing all stuff here,I have noticed some adds haven’t been updated for more than one year, everything seems barely works now.
I still hope that I can seek a solution here,and make us all happy by knowing my money is well spent.by the way,tell me if there is a next version coming up fixing these problems,and when please,i hope it won’t take months.Regards;
