@Emmaxson, In crypton there, there required to change a line ( as the theme was not designed targeting music site line Muzik theme ) in single-wpdmpro.php and Shaon told me, he did that once for you. However, if you need to do that again, please give me temporary wp-admin login info in a private reply.

I experience similar issues at the moment.
I upload MP3 files but MP3 player is not generated.
I use the Crypton Theme.

Please help.

there is no short-code for that, in crypton theme it is in template file single-wpdmpro.php

Hi @Shaon, this is still the same. I deleted and reinstalled the Crypton Theme but no changes yet.

Please help look into this.

I use the Crypton Theme and this is what I noticed on desktop; my site is disarranged. The right side bar is now under the post for some downloads…

You can do that in two ways.

1. You can use http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/crypton/ theme. Its home page is designed like your desired home page.

2. You can use http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/wpdm-extended-short-codes/ add-on. You have to use 3 short-code in this regard. To add slider use [wpdm_slider ids="package,ids,separated,by,comma"] short-code. For popular downloads use following shortcode [wpdm_packages link_template="link-template-panel" order_by="download_count" order="desc" paging="0" items_per_page="10" cols=1 colsphone=1 colspad=1 title="Most Downloaded Packages" desc=""] and for new downloads use [wpdm_packages link_template="link-template-panel" order_by="date" order="desc" paging="0" items_per_page="10" cols=1 colsphone=1 colspad=1 title="New Packages" desc=""] shortcode. You can install http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/advanced-tinymce-button/ add-on to generate short-code.

In demo we are using this theme http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/crypton/

However still you can generate similar view in your theme using extended short-code add-on http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/wpdm-extended-short-codes/ and category short-code.

Hi!

1. I have several files into one package. I would also like to offer the individual files of the package to download. What is the shortcode? I use the Theme Crypton (siehe Mockup). I have also “Allow inidividual File Download” activated, but that has no effect at all.

2. Also the Theme displays no “File Types”.

hi,

I do not know whether it is on the theme or the download manager. First everything looks correct. After a while – without that I have done something – everything is broken (see screenshots). after re-create again everything is ok and the game begins again. mayby a bug?

i have crypton theme also all the addons from spesial pack included the pro version.I have also the facebook share (btw not works fb share)…
the image above its just to show you how to have double download buttons (the image above its from source page edit to show you whatn i need)

Support please man help,i have some questions and problems…
I get wpdm pro with the special pack,i purchase also the crypton theme
1) on crypton theme “RELATED DOWNLOADS” not showing nothing
2)how can i add footer on crypton theme?
3)on facekook lock its possibile to have share and like options?there its only like,and if someone Like, on the another page cant Like again,needs to Dislike first and to Like again,so the share option it will be perfect.can we add the share option?
4)the dropdown shortcode where i can finde it?
5)i have add on the menu bar Login.its there the option when the user its already loged in to show Profile unstead Login?
6)my last question,its possibile to force users to login/register and after to download? (crypton theme)
