Any idea when this plug-in will be updated? It’s breaking my clients site now with the 1.30 version from july 2025.

I am trying to install it, but it is breaking the elementor. I have download manager pro plugin purchased and trying to install this addon for elementor. Can you please help us on this?

There is a bug with the Elementor tool. The “direct link” widget cannot be deleted if you drag & drop it into the field but do not want to use it.

After installing the addon, I modify my page with elementor but the toolbar remains in loading mode, is this normal ?

From inside Elementor Editor , sometimes it’s not possible to DELETE blocks type DownLoad Manager Elementr Blocks .

Currently, im getting around this using the “POST CONTENT” Widget in Elementor to automatically add the package info that is tied to the custom post type.
I am happy to send my login details (which I believe you have from a support case) to show you how I am making it work.
instead of manually putting in the package name or category, it would be great to be able to pull that from the backend using ACF. Most elementor widgets have the ability to pull dynamic information. This would be a game changer!!

Yes but If I create a Download Package, and have a custom post type which includes download package documents for that custom post, i cannot include them as the widgets do not allow them to pull the package name or category form the post type.
Any chance we can get some dynamic fields? Would be great to use this in a custom post type and have it pull the needed file packages in to a post.
You should be any to use it anywhere you are using the Elementor page builder. For the basic wordpress tinymce mce editor use https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/advanced-tinymce-button/ and for gutenberg https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/gutenberg-blocks/
