When I write a new article and want to upload a download, it would be nice to do it right out of the screen “New Arikel”. In another plugin, for example, opens a lightbox with the possibility to upload a file (and include in the article). I’ve marked in the screenshot where the button is in another plugin. It is easier to upload a file and embed. Sorry for my bad english.
