Hi, and thank you for checking my settings. Seems like I was using only Instant Payment Notification (IPN). Settings now has been updated with Client ID, Client Secret, Sandbox ID, Sandbox Client Secret.

– Should I disabled now the PayPal IPN Notification once app credential has been setted up?
– If I use only Paypal as payment method, why customer have to select it on on checkout page if is no other choices? (Or again I am missing something)

“Order Validity Period” is a part solution for me, because anyway I have to keep an eyes on individual orders. I am looking for how to automate this process fully.

Is a chance to set it to automatic orders renews without fee after payment is done (one payment with lifetime access), instead of checking and setting manually? (ability to adjust fee for renew order could be good option too, if seller don’t want to charge full price again).

Another question I have is, how to automate download process after purchase? Currently, once customer purchased the item, I have to authorize it (but often I am not aware of it even) manually the “Order Status” and “Payment Status” on the “Orders Page” otherwise he/customer will be not able to download for what he already paid till I do authorize it.
How to set Download Manager to automatically update the “Order Status” and “Payment Status” once payment has been made? So customer will not have to wait till I will manually confirm his order.

Maybe is there some logical reason behind why is this way, if not is any chance to provide such a feature to DM Pro?

Same on my end, I can’t reproduce this error. Download is working for me too. I did ask this person to try again in different time, but everytime he tried, he has 403. I am going to leave it as it is and see if more complains will arrive. As you suggest this maybe the temporary issue. Thank you for your time and help.

Hi, those are the steps I have done while awaiting replay.

– cache the zip file created from multi-file package when someone tries to download
– reduced download speed to 1MB/s (accordingly to my host provider “A download-site is a site, where each single hit generates more than 1 MB of traffic.
– resumable Downloads enabled

But this problem still occurs.

My “Chunk Upload” is enabled and setted to 4096KB. Is this is too small/big value?
