I was able to figure out all my issues with the assistance you provided.

As for the default values additional plugin, that looks like it would do exactly what I want it to. Unfortunately since I work for a non-profit I already spent more then my allowable budget on the main plugin. Do you provide discounts for non-profit organizations?
