Yes, that goes without saying… you are misunderstanding my point here. I am not trying to prevent the users from downloading the file multiple time if they want to. What I want is a UI that is easy to understand and with the popup not closing people keep clicking on the submit button because they do not realise that something happened. We have demoed our site to multiple people and they all do the same mistake.
My point is that the pop-up does not work as people expect it!
