You’re giving a generic answer, which isnt helpful. I saw that you tried downloading bundle with no success, what did you see?

This is a pretty basic installation. We tried with all plugins disabled. .htaccess also renamed. Our php memory is 768MB which is more than enough. There was no errors in the log files.

Please check your plugin zip logic and provide more information how it works (or fails) or provide debug logs. Your login information still active.

My files are already uploaded to server, there is no upload/download problem. There is a problem when plug-in trying to create a zip file from 2 files.

This is a live site unfortunately, if you can narrow down I can maybe disable it for testing. Theme change is impossible.
