I did as you said, deactivated, downloaded from User Dashboard, installed and activated. Upgraded plugin, WP said the plugin was successfully upgraded but I am still getting a message I need to upgrade.

I have been trying to do the WP upgrade from 5.1.16 to 5.1.17 all day without success. When I go into the dashboard it wants to download version 5.1.1.
