Yes, I emailed you right after I was charged without prior notice of licence renewal. And it still took few days and bunch of posts on this forum to cancel my subscription. Though your terms and conditions say otherwise. Anyway, all these seems like a waste of my time and doesn’t seem like a constructive conversation.
I will request a chargeback from my card issuer.

Your terms and conditions say “If you want to cancel your subscription, please mail your order ID to support@wpdownloadmanager.com or send an order note from your order details page.”

Once again, cancel my subscription, revoke my licence and issue a refund, otherwise I will claim a chargeback. Doubt it will be very difficult since your whole auto-renew system and absence of “cancel a subscription” button looks like a scam.
