Any update on this feature? It is critical for us too. Requiring visitors to enter their email every time they want to download a file is a huge deterrent for our site. I’m afraid if there’s no solution to this soon, we’ll have to switch to a different download management option. Thanks!

Yes, this is very necessary! Requiring a visitor to enter their information EVERY time they want to download a file is really a pain and a total deterrent for people trying to use our site. Is there any update on a solution to this? I know you mentioned on the forums that this would be added in version 4, but I don’t believe there’s been any progress. If it’s not possible, I’m afraid we’re going to have to switch to another solution. Thanks!

Yes, I need this functionality as well! I’d like to exclude certain categories (that are publuc) from the wpdm-archive page. I’m willing to hack around in the code, but could use some pointers in how to approach this. Thanks!

Quick update: I fixed the problem where the package post content is displayed twice. It was the Shoestrap Extra Widget Areas add-on plugin that was causing the problem. I still have the original problem posted by @ADK, though, and some other theme incompatibilities (as well as my missing license key). Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi, I just purchased the plugin and am having the same problem. I am using Shoestrap as my WordPress theme (http://shoestrap.org/). It also seems that there are significant conflicts with my theme, especially on package pages. The package content is displayed twice: once above my page header and once in the correct location (post content). Any help would be greatly appreciated as soon as possible, as we need to launch the downloads portion of our community very soon. I will post admin login info. Thanks!
