I am still receiving emails from people who are getting invalid links. I have tested them all on my end and they are working fine so I don’t know what the problem is. Please advise

After people sign up for the download they receive an email with a download link in it. That link consistently shows up as invalid. How do I fix that?

I’m not sure what you are asking for. This is what is coming up when I try to download epub and mobi onto my mobile.

I put the extensions back in and it is working for me. But we are having trouble with it downloading to mobile devices.

My files are not downloading properly. I have tried all of the suggestions made in this post, and another to fix it, it works for some people but not for others. Please advise how to resolve this issue.

Nevermind. I finally figured out that I did not need the graphical folder selector becasue I could paste the path in the box below that. But it was not obvious

I have updated the plugin but still only displays 404 for featured image. What now? I have tried the 82×82 bible image and it doesnt work either

Dear Sir we are still having the problem with 404 image displayed instead of the featured image. Do you have a fix for it yet?
