Hi Nayeem,
Ah, ok. The problem could be solved. The reason was that the website was created in multiple languages and the primary domain was changed as a result. However, the old one was stored in the portfolio… ;/
Thanks.

Hi Nayeem,
thank you.
It’s about the general understanding of responsive customization.
(for example: on desktop: 3 columns // mobile: 1 column) Is there a guide or documentation for this?
Your link templates cannot be used either because the ones we want are not responsive…

Hi Riddhi.
Unfortunately, no screenshot can be made of the problem.
When download-manager is updated, the FTP directory /www/wp/wp-content/plugins/download-manager/assets/images is obviously overwritten. This also includes the icons created by the customer himself. These must be uploaded again after the update.
QUESTION: How can you integrate your own icons into the download packages in an “update-safe” manner?
Thank you Frank

Hi Tanvir,
Thank you for the tip.
I have tested it.
Unfortunately, the files are not automatically overwritten.
I load 1.pdf: OK
I load 2.pdf
In window “Attach File” in sidebar appears: *****wpdm_2.pdf > After Button: “Update Page”
reappears in window sidebar: ********wpdm_1.pdf
Front end shows: PDF1
===
I click in window “Attach file” in sidebar to recycle bin to delete ********wpdm_1.pdf.
I load 2.pdf
In window “Attach File” sidebar appears: 164358307wpdm_2.pdf > After Button: Refresh Page
reappears in window sidebar: ********wpdm_1.pdf
In window Sidebar appears: 164358307wpdm_2.pdf > After Button: Refresh Page
reappears in window sidebar: ********wpdm_1.pdf
Front end shows: PDF1

Only when I delete ********wpdm_1.pdf in the window: “attached files” (in content at the end of the page)
> load 2.pdf > Button: “Update Page” i get ********wpdm_2.pdf in sidebar and frontend.
I didn’t gain anything with it compared to before (pro version).
The plugin is great. However, it is a pity when a simple function of updating a file is not supported.

The problem is solved. Was probably something temporary….
Thank you
