Hey Nayeem,
Thanks for the quick reply. Yes, the two shops are separate.
– Shop A handles the product export
– Shop B handles the product import
On Shop A, we have Download Manager Pro installed with all the files.
Hey Nayeem,
Thank you very much for your feedback. The fact that there is no connection should actually have nothing to do with an upgrade. The files are available in the download manager and are also stored in the product. The only thing missing is a connection.
But the problem still occurs
I have installed the WPDM Directory Add-on and I am using the following code:
[wpdm_archive_filter items_per_page=”20″ template=”hover_card__2″ cols=1]
Hi Nayeem,
Thank you for the solution—it works now! 🙂
Could you please remove the URLs from my initial post? We prefer not to display our customers’ URLs here.
Thanks in advance! 🙂
Hello Tanvir,
I’m already aware of the situation. The issue at hand is that the other categories remain hidden.
To illustrate, let’s consider three different categories with sub-items:
[] Cat1
[] Cat2
— [] Sub 1
— [] Sub 2
[] Cat3
When I use the shortcode to set “Cat2” as the active category, the display appears as follows, causing the other categories to be hidden:
[] Cat2
— [] Sub 1
— [] Sub 2
What I’m aiming for is a presentation like the following. I want the checkbox preselected for a specific category, but without hiding the other categories:
[] Cat1
[x] Cat2
— [] Sub 1
— [] Sub 2
[] Cat3
Is there a way to achieve this behaviour?
Hello Nayeem,
I attempted the suggested solution, but unfortunately, it did not yield any positive changes.
In an effort to troubleshoot, I experimented with disabling other styles. When I disabled the Bootstrap CSS, the contact bar displayed correctly. However, the Download-Area lost its proper styling and appeared distorted.
Can you help me with that?
We are otherwise very happy with Weglot and would like to continue using the plugin. Now there are also two language selectors on the page, which leads to confusion. In addition, we now get compatibility messages from both plugins in the backend.
G-Translate: “Please deactivate Weglot plugin. Weglot plugin causes conflicts with GTranslate”.
Weglot: “GTranslate plugin is activated. It creates compatibility issues with Weglot, we recommend to deactivate it to use Weglot.”
I have now deactivated the GTranslate plugin again. Is there no other way to solve the problem with Weglot directly?
No, the automatic translation of the package names did not work.
I cannot find the Package Names in Loco Translate either
It is about the translation of all package names. Here is an example:
On the overview page, if you select the filter “Campaign”, you see the English version “Campaign Watersplashes”. When I switch to the German version, the filter correctly shows “Kampagnen”, but the package name still says “Campaign Watersplashes”. If you go to the package page, the translation is correct: “Kampagne Watersplashes”.
So this is not only specific for “Campaign Watersplashes”, but for the names of all packages.
