Thank you for your response. I just wanted to clarify: Is it currently not possible to input credit card information? Will this only be possible once the plugin expires in December 2024? If that’s the case, it doesn’t seem like the most ideal solution for us as customers.

Could you kindly confirm whether the credit card details and email address of our external developer have been removed from our account?

Actually I can’t find where I can insert Credit Data information.

If I activate the auto renew now, can I insert the new credit card information or does it insert the old Credit-card Information automatically?

I would like to get it done and not have to wait until December, if this is possible.

I will receive the new credit card information next week. Will the link still be valid until then?
Could you please tell us why the “Update Card” function in the profile wasn’t working?
