How am i supposed to respond when there is no way to open the ticket?

We literally have submitted 3-4 requests and they are either unanswered or they are locked and we cannot respond.
We are now searching elsewhere.
Ok so once I finish my build, if there are no settings i need displayed there, how do i remove that link? Is there a function snippet a setting or do we need to modify the template?
