Thank you that worked. I excluded the uri __wpdmlo in LiteSpeed Cache and the URL *iworkcommunity.com/*__wpdmlo=* in CloudFlare and this cleared the issue.

Does the form lock load an iframe with a custom url? What is that url and I’ll exclude it from the cache.
