Thank you for your reply.
I am using the latest version of WPDM (6.2.9) and WPDM Mailchimp (1.5.2). However, I upgraded PHP to 8.1 from 8.0, but it still does not work.
Could you please test with Mailchimp Groups? Without groups, it works as I expected.
