Where do I delete them? They are not showing up on my plugins tab on my WP dashboard or on my cpanel.

Are you talking about deleting the old version of the Form Lock add-on or the base Download Manager plugin? I already deactivated and deleted the old version of the Download Manager plugin.

What is the status on this issue? I do not see WP Form Lock in my list of plugins or on my cpanel so I don’t know how to delete it. My Downloads Manager dashboard on the backend of my site is displaying two installments of the plugin but no prompt to delete.

Thank you! I was able to download the plugin and upload to my site. Now, my existing packages are working fine but I am getting an error on the front end of my site when I try to add a new package. The error is in a red box where the download button should be and it says “You are not allowed to download”

I first tried to update my version of Download Manager pro from the WP dashboard but got an error. When I go to that page you linked to in your response above and click on the download button to re-download the Download Manager Pro, I get a message that says “Your email address has been blocked”. I very urgently need to re-install the latest version of the pro plugin. Could you please help with that?
