Thank you! Turning on AJAX form submission fixes that! But doing so changes the confirmation message to the WPForms confirmation message instead of the WPDownloads package message (Your download link is ready now….) and download button after the form is submitted leaving the user without any means of downloading the package.

I’m sorry, I’m not seeing where the entries are recorded for your tests in WPForms? It still shows as 0 entries received. I do receive the download link as you do, but the form response is neither recorded as an entry or emailed to us. When I setup the form on a page and submit it outside with out using form lock the form functions just fine. It is only when using with form lock does it neither record an entry or email the submitted information. I have submitted a support ticket to WPForms as well and they have confirmed it is problem when used with form lock. Should I purchase another form plugin that works with form lock better?

Thank you, we were never able to upgrade to version 1.7.6. When we did it would simply erase form lock from the system. When we would download and re-install it would install version 1.7.5 and tell us an upgrade is available and then we’d be stuck in a loop.

We are still having a problem with the form entries not being recorded. We were able to successfully do 1 test where we filled out the form, the entry was recorded, and the email was sent to us.
Subsequent tests allow us to fill out the form and download the package, but no entry is recorded and no email is sent.
