Additionally, upgrading DM Pro version to 4.6.9 breaks the entire installation, receiving a message “Invalid Post Type”

Our entire download manager site is now unusable!

This is quite urgent now. I believe we have been patient.

This was supposed to be fixed over a month ago, can you advise why its not fixed in my version please?

Thanks Shaon, That was the issue – Categories need to have correct access permissions.

We’ve got that sorted but now when the Subscriber creates account and logs in, they are no longer prompted to login, but they get the grey background of the doc Previewer and not the actual document.

Is there a fix for this?
