Hi Tanvir – you really don’t seem to read these mails – as indicated, I have requested the cancelling of auto renewal and have received a confirmation to that extend. Yet when I go onto my profile page it still shows active. Please advise

I have requested it before and it has been indicated that my subscription will NOT be auto renewed. If I look at My profile, I still see it being ACTIVE.

Hi Tanvir. By suggesting that this should be requested as a feature shows a lack of User Experience understanding. My opinion, given your response, is that this plugin should be avoided at all cost. Your marketing is misleading and should be changed to reflect the poor user experience. Suggest you remove this plugin from the depository until you have sorted what should be an extremely obvious element.

Hi Tanvir. I assume English is not your first language as you struggle to understand the problem I’ve tried to explain from the beginning. It is of no use for me and you to go through the same argument over and over. I’ll try one last time in order for you to correct the faulty plugin.

If I exclude a category from the Query – in this case Category 3 – the category should no longer be visible / seen / available to select in the dropdown. If you leave the category visible in the dropdown, users believe the category to be empty. This will lead to confusion. An excluded category should be just that – not featuring at all – not only in the search results, but also not in the table header dropdown.

I’ve created another test site with 3 categories and one file per category. If I use the include categories and only stipulate #1 and #2 category, the plugin shows only the files in #1 and #2 – BUT if you now select the download [All categories] you still get to see category #3 as well as the file in this category. SURELY this is not how this should work. IF you exclude #3, it does not show the file, but still show the category in the drop down. I believe this is poor and that this should be sorted as your current marketing is misleading.

Do you actually read any of the comments or is this just a Bot replying. I have downloaded and installed the “latest” version. The QUERY FUNCTION DOES NOT WORK. There I can not say it more clearly. Stop punting the same rhetoric and fix the Query function of the plugin.

The “fact” that you have a setting for Gutenberg Blocks does not make it Work – The Query function does not work – Period. Please check all my previous comments – I’ve tried it with a clean install on a new wordpress site as well as my existing site – the PLUGIN does not work with the Query function. You can add Include only or exclude these – and everything still shows. Total Misleading Advertising – the Plugin does not work and the support is equally bad – a lot of please send admin access and then nobody actually does something.

Have read before submitting the ticket – the [Import Selected Files] only submit one file at a time. Have pressed the button 360+ times to upload all our PDF’s – so the button only submit one at a time.

Not very user friendly.
