One thing, if you noticed on the same page on right sidebar, I’m calling similar template with ‘Top Downloads Widget’ on that sidebar and that is working (what I want to do with [wpdm-archive]). Can you please help?

Okay, thank you so much for your quick reply.

As you suggested I had install /wpdm-extended-short-codes/ plugin. But now, when I click and tried to open, it’s open but with complete inside page in that?
It’s also freez for while and a link inside that.

Is there any way you can solve?

I’m sending you access to admin in another private post.

For more information I had used shortcode [wpdm-archive template=”53f9af88247c7″ cols=4 items_per_page=”12″ title=””]…. and if I do add other short code ([wpdm_category ...]) on the same page I noticed popup started working.. amazed.. isn’t is mean my theme and jquery not conflicted each others, what the issue..? Can you please please help asap..
