thank for the reply 🙂 yup, that’s what I am thinking.

but using this add-on i purchased,
by default “content-disposition: attachment” is not added on the file http header on every upload. i had to update the http header of the file to load that tag so the force download will work.

check below:

Question: Is there anyway on the add-on script we can add this http header automatically after uploading? -> “content-disposition: attachment”

tried to update the the file on amazon s3 by adding this http header “content-disposition: attachment” anyhow this can be added automatically after uploading? this will trigger the force download.

They mentioned about this “because a script on that page triggered the mod_security rule” – but they have already whitelisted it now. .

Now the plugin is working, We’ve tried to upload then download A file and it seems it opens the file not force downloading it. any way it can do force download?
