I think the dev environment doesn’t have SMTP set up, so emails wont send, but I can see your two tests in the WP Mail Logging screen. That looks like a good start. Can you share what file(s) you edited to get that? I’d like to design it myself.

I would like to make my own template entirely, so I can use the brand’s style, color, logo, etc.

If that isn’t possible, then I would like to at least be able to use my own text. It looks like the “best regards” is the General Email Template, but I still can’t find where the “check updates” comes from.

We are opting not to provide that information at this time. We’ve gone through and individually updated the download files.
