I’ve already reviewed the documentation and followed the suggested steps. Here’s what I’ve tried so far:
1. On the Import/Export settings page under the Export Packages tab, I selected the CSV format and clicked the “Create Export File” button, which downloaded the CSV to my local machine.
2. I then modified the CSV file by assigning the appropriate existing categories to the files.
3. When I attempted to re-import the updated CSV, the process freezes at 1% and does not progress any further, even after waiting for a long time.
Please advise on how we can proceed to resolve this issue.
