Hello, We did some discussion and I logged in using super admin account on my laptop. It turned out the display of wpdm pro was the same (it all look like crashes), it means it only occurs in my laptop. Do you have any suggestion before we hand you the temporary login link?
(we still figuring out how to give access to plugin, because right now the temporary login link give role of “administrator” but it still did not give access to plugin page)
