The way you are conducting this support claim is utterly scandalous. If you know what the problem is, please urge your technical team to sort it out or let me know where it lies.

Needless to say you are doing untold damage to your brand name by delaying a suitable answer which adds on the loss of confidence in your product by the unmitigated disaster this upgrade has proved to be.

To be honest I am a little mystified about why you are not proceeding. I was very happy about your news yesterday that you know where the flaw is and I keep waiting to have it sorted. May I know what is the matter?
