We gave up, at the end we lost couple of clients because of this, support says that it works from their side when they try it with VPN, but none of our clients from USA made a successful payment and there were 130 attempts. Complete waste of time and money. We solved a problem by making a woo commerce solution.
The problem with “the cart is empty” is still there, the recent updates didn’t fix the issue i’ll upload a video on you-tube so you can see what customers from USA are experiencing.

Ok, thanks. I forgot to tell you when they select paypal for payment method the paypal modal popup just flickers, can’t even get to the part where you enter the password, but for me, from local ip it works just fine.
Did you manage to fix the problem with the empty cart?
Hi, that is the the strange thing, both files are jpeg format, and they download differently. What could be the problem?
