We gave up, at the end we lost couple of clients because of this, support says that it works from their side when they try it with VPN, but none of our clients from USA made a successful payment and there were 130 attempts. Complete waste of time and money. We solved a problem by making a woo commerce solution.

Ok, thanks. I forgot to tell you when they select paypal for payment method the paypal modal popup just flickers, can’t even get to the part where you enter the password, but for me, from local ip it works just fine.
