I was away for some time, that’s why my reply delayed.
Today discussed with manager your offer about login, unfortunately it is not allowed.
I understand your offer and on private site it could be ok, but I am not allowed to provide access for any third persons to council’s site.
If there can be anything to check on site, you could tell me – what to do.
Sometimes it is as server folder rights or etc, I could check that.
Either, I would suggest to avoid spending time.
May be it is as you told – WP shall be updated, and due to reasons I described above – it can’t be done now.
Anyway, I do not think that your plugin is bad – just obstacles are as they are.
Honestly, I wrote you the situation and hope for understanding.

Huh,
I can not upgrade – as some specific things will not work.
Site was built on wordpress but with some additional coding.
I do not know what exactly as it was coded by another persons, not me.
I just was told, do not upgrade.
What to do?
In fact, I didn’t activated Pro version (didn’t entered Your provided code).
Did just two test installations – one on local testing server, and then tried on working environment (results described).

Seems, I could not use WPDM Pro without WP upgrade.
Then it is worthless for me.

May we cancel a deal and I would get back my money?
I promise to delete all installation files of PRO and activation code, for sure.
It will be not used or provided to anybody.
I guess You can see on your server if somebody activates your app with specific code, isn’t?
