I found an answer for the email lock not working. I cleared my browser cache and it started working. Can you answer the other question, “Is there a way to make people login or register to get a free download?”

I logged in with your user account and went to the My Account page to view your orders and saw only one of your orders was completed all the way, so only that download is available. The other two show they are still in processing which is what the issue is. I took a screenshot as well. This occurs even if you wait several days for some customers. It never turns to completed. It should be doing that automatically.

That shows that it is still processing though the last one does and that is the issue they keep having so if it never turns to complete on the website end the users can not download the documents.
