We need more info about technical side of this error because the button only says “Error” as said before.

Is there any way to see log or stack trace to see what exactly caused this error? For now, we don’t see anything what could collide with your plugin (we tried disabling all other plugins and switching to default WP theme).

As I wrote before the problem is that the tool have no error log. The only information from the tool is the error box, where is only one word: “Error!”.

Maybe there is a possibility that You could check by your own? I can give some temporary access.

Thank you for your reply.

Of course I have read the tutorial. I have downloaded the sample CSV from the Import section directly in the tool. It looks a little different (few different columns).
