Okay, updating to v4.6.3 fixed this problem.

Thank you.

Hello,

All three web sites are now successfully registered:

–> 10.250.3.32
–> 10.250.3.28

Thank you for your help!

Cheers,
Rod Martin

Hello,

I just returned from vacation and tried to enter and save the license key on the 10.250.3.32 site but still get the Invalid License Key message.

Please advise.

Thanks,
Rod Martin

UPDATE: I originally purchased an additional license to use on my development server, however, since it would not activate AND since my original key had been tagged as “invalid”, I ended up using this new license key on the live site where it is more critical and where this license did activate successfully.

I am disappointed that I have not received any support so far from whomever runs this site. It would be better if users could directly control which domain (or IP address) their license is used for so that if they need to transfer the license they can avoid this whole mess. As it stands, my original license is now unusable since it started on the development site and when I moved the site to production (live), the key got tagged as invalid and will not activate.

Additional Notes from user Vecima:

I own two Download Manager Pro Licenses; one of them I had on a development server but moved to actual production site and now that key reports as invalid. I purchased a second Download Manager Pro license for which that key will not save on a fresh WP install (see my other post on that issue).

Suspecting that both of these problems could be due to domain association confusion, I tried to lookup the domain associated with each key and found no domain listed for either license.

So, I need to get my original license returned to “valid” status and I need to be able to activate the second license.

Please help, thanks.
