there are many packages missing the attached files
Downloads nr. 37 and higher do not have attached files, yet, because I set them up for future use (next week’s download and so on).
Downloads nr.’s 36 and earlier do have attached files.
What do you mean with “I think you may be using custom services”..?

Found the problem: my css contained the code:

display: none !important;
}With the latest update of the Lazy Download plugin, that css hid the progress bar. I have set it display: block !important; for the page ID of the Waiting Page and all now seems well.
Update: I disabled all my css styling sheets and the progress bar now shows up. So that narrows it down. The latest update of the Lazy Download plugin and my styling sheets are not playing nice.
Allright, I will be able to find the problem, somewhere in the CSS. Thank you for fixing the problem with the Lazy Download page not displaying.
If my theme is the problem, why did it work before I updated the Lazy Download plugin..?
It tested by creating a new page and adding the shortcode [wpdm_lazy_download], then setting the Lazy Download Waiting page to that new page, but the progress bar is not displayed.

One more thing: I noticed that the Progress bar is missing from the Waiting Page (https://clearskies.eu/csog/downloads/downloading/) is missing.

No, it is not fixed.
Only for this package https://clearskies.eu/csog-downloads/dsf-ootw-21-33download/ (nr. 33 on top of this page https://clearskies.eu/csog/downloads/dsfootw/) the Lazy Download works. Not for any other package.
Please try clicking any other download button: the Downloading page the Lazy Download plugin should redirect to, will not open. Instead, the download will start immediately.
The packages were never the problem. All packages work fine.
The problem is that the Lazy Download plugin is not working.
When clicking a download button, the download starts immediately. That should not happen with the Lazy Download plugin enabled, as the Waiting Page (set in Download – Settings – Lazy Download – Other Settings) should open first, before the download starts. That’s the whole idea of the Lazy Download plugin.
You can reproduce the issue by yourself by clicking any of the download buttons on the page I provided the link to. The same goes for any other download page and buttons. I will not make a screen recording of something you can do yourself by means of a single mouse click.
