Hi! Do you have a solution for this? The main problem is the Order Page table is not responsive. See screenshot – the table is overlapping, and users need to scroll right to locate the download button.
What would be additional help is if I can customize the Cart and Order page fields.
Hi! When you type in the order details, the download table is not responsive, neither are the other links such as ‘Edit Billing Info’.
Either way, is it possible to modify the table rows and certain tabs such as Edit Billing Info and Invoice? I do not need these and are just crowding the page: both in the Cart Page and Order Page.

I experimented a little further, and realized the main problem is that the file is not found on the server.
I have keyed in values in files and file_titles as on the sample sheet. The file does exist on my Media with the same name, however, Download Manager does not pick up this file and populate it on the front end.
If I type in the package_dir, it picks up all the files under that path, which is not required.
How can I resolve this?

Yes, I have used the sample file, but there are only 2 entries there, and it doesn’t work even if I retain those values as is and simply change the file title and directory. It would help to have descriptions of the possible values each field can hold and what implications they have.
e.g. access shows guest, administrator and editor in the sample sheet. What about the other values?
uid shows value of 1, what does this mean? custom_form_field shows value of name=1, what does this mean? Do I need to fill in the directory or not, one row in the sample is blank, the other has a path etc.
Where can I find a description of, and acceptable values for each of these fields on this bulk import template?
