We have checked on the default WordPress theme as well. The href tag of the download link is set to “#” and the data-downloadurl property is set to the actual URL as shown in the code below.

Unfortunately this is a deal breaker for us. Please provide us with a workaround so that we are able to preview the attachment before publishing the package as this is very critical in our publishing process.

The sub domain is staging test site where we test updates before pushing them to production. Download manager should support a test site within same domain range with the single pro license. Which is the case with most of the top WordPress plugins. This is ridiculous that we have to buy an extra license if we want to test your plugin update before pushing it to production since your update usually breaks stuff.

No, the issue is with the Download package. As I have explained in detail earlier, we are unable to preview the download file from backend in when it is in draft state.

Is there a way to preview the download file in draft mode?

Dear Team,

No, we are talking about the download manager package which is created by the user at back end. I will explain again, we go in to the system and create a new download manager item (post), attach the file and save as draft. Now before proceeding on to publish the document we want to review it through the WordPress preview option. When we open the preview option it opens the package details in preview mode but when we click on download button to review the document it throws error “Package is not available!”

We are not able to provide/ Share admin details.

Please look into this issue on urgent basis.

We have already performed the suggested steps. As mentioned in the original request page rendering speed is very slow when we try to load about 900 documents in the table with JS table option set to true.

Our production system is at stake so a feasible and working solution is highly appreciated.
